Paprika Ripe Chicken
(ayam masak paprika)

As variation changes chicken with seafood or meat

Ingredients:

200 grams of chicken breast meat, cut long thin
½ salt teaspoon
½ teaspoon powder pepper
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chop
50 grams of onion bombai, chop
100 ml chicken/water broth
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon english soybean sauce
1 fruit paprika green,cut long thin
1 teaspoon dry bacillus
A little orange juice "nipis"

Manner cultivates:
1. soak chicken cut with salt and pepper during 10 minutes.
2. fried with 2 sdm olive until rather brown. lift.
3. heat olive remainder,fried garlic and onion bombai until fragrant.
4. add broth or water, tomato sauce,english soybean sauce, paprika and bacillus.

7. insert chicken , stir 1 minute. before lifted,give orange juice "nipis".
