“Mbok Berek ” Fried Chicken 2
(ayam goreng mbok berek 2)


Package recipe meliandi.
For: 6 people

Ingredient:
1 chicken, clean to cut in two
8 onion grains
3 garlic cloves (pound soft with salt sufficient)
1 alpine galangals thumb contuse
4 sheets of leaf "salam"
Coconut milk from 1/2 coconut grain
Frying oil sufficient

Manner makes it:
